Derric K. Stewart, Chairman of ED RUSHING 33/95 Community Development Corporation (ER33/95), is a dedicated leader, military veteran, and accomplished administrative professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience in project coordination, office management, financial administration, logistics, and client services. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he served honorably as an E-4 from December 1987 to June 1992, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and commitment to service that continue to guide his professional and community endeavors today.

Throughout his career, Derric has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline operations, lead cross-functional teams, improve organizational efficiency, and implement cost-saving strategies through effective vendor negotiations and operational planning.

His extensive experience in workforce optimization and executive-level administrative support has positioned him as a respected leader committed to excellence, accountability, and sustainable community impact.

Driven by a deep passion for service, Derric strategically applies his professional expertise and leadership experience to strengthen communities and create meaningful pathways for growth and opportunity. Albert F. Coston, Vice Chairmen, of ED RUSHING 33/95 Community Development Corporation (ER33/95), with more than 25 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and Microsoft systems administration. Al is an accomplished IT professional who has built a distinguished career leading large-scale migrations, messaging environments, and Active Directory transformations across government agencies, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, airports, and Fortune 500 enterprises. His expertise spans Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, VMware, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Windows Server administration, and enterprise security operations.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led and supported complex enterprise migrations involving tens of thousands of users, including Exchange migrations from legacy environments to Microsoft 365, Active Directory consolidations, and cloud transformation initiatives. He has served in leadership and senior engineering roles for organizations such as the State of New Hampshire, FIS, AO Federal Courts, City of Atlanta Department of Aviation, SunTrust Bank, BB&T, Amtrak, Siemens/Cigna, and numerous state government agencies.

Recognized for his technical leadership and strategic problem-solving abilities, he has managed enterprise messaging teams, designed and implemented high-availability infrastructures, developed disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, and streamlined enterprise operations through automation using PowerShell and scripting technologies. His background also includes expertise in cybersecurity operations, DNS, SPF management, MFA, conditional access, virtualization technologies, Blackberry Enterprise systems, SharePoint administration, and cloud collaboration platforms.

A proven team leader and mentor, he has consistently delivered mission-critical solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen security, and support organizational growth. His ability to bridge infrastructure engineering with enterprise strategy has made him a trusted resource for both public and private sector organizations undergoing digital transformation. The purpose of the ED RUSHING 33/95 Community Development Corporation (ER33/95, CDC) is to empower, inspire, educate, strengthen, and transform communities throughout the State of Georgia and beyond by delivering impactful charitable programs and supportive services that improve quality of life and promote long-term self-sufficiency. The Corporation is committed to reducing barriers to stability and opportunity for underserved individuals, families, seniors, veterans, and youth through innovative, community-centered initiatives.

Programs and services to include Hands of Hope: “Rushing to Feed & Clothe Families” Outreach Initiative, Technology-based Continuum Education and Computer Literacy Training, Workforce Readiness, Mentoring, Advocacy, and Leadership-Character Building, Resident Support Services, and Community Engagement Opportunities. Through these efforts, the Corporation seeks to create sustainable pathways toward economic stability, personal growth, educational advancement, and long-term independence for the communities it serves.

Through our Hands of Hope: “Rushing to Feed & Clothe Families” Outreach Initiative (RFCF), and Structured Technology Continuum Education programs we are committed to providing nutritious food boxes and gently used or new clothing to low-income families, veterans, young adults and individuals in need or experiencing hardship. We believe that access to food and essential clothing is a fundamental necessity. By responding with care and urgency, our RFCF outreach initiative seeks to ease immediate burdens, restore hope, and strengthen communities through acts of kindness and service.

Through collaborative partnerships, community engagement, and compassionate volunteer support, we strive to make a meaningful and lasting impact by helping families meet their basic needs while fostering encouragement, restoring stability, and inspiring hope for a brighter future.
